The Connexity Publisher Program is committed to providing Connexity, Inc. merchants high quality advertising traffic resulting in conversion, or sales. We continuously analyze Publisher traffic quality on an individual basis. In the event a given Publisher’s traffic quality does not meet our expectations, we will discount the cost charged to Connexity, Inc. merchants for that given Publisher’s traffic in an attempt to normalize merchant cost-of-sale. Note that this discount reduces the net revenue realized by Connexity, Inc. for traffic generated by that given Publisher, thus reducing that Publisher’s earnings.
If your traffic quality does not meet our merchants’ expectations, we will adjust the rates at which you are paid, to ensure that merchant costs are acceptable. You may receive traffic quality reports at your request. All determinations will be made by Connexity, Inc. in its sole discretion. Please refer to our Connexity Inc.
