You generate earnings based on the actual merchant sales that your website users generate. You are paid a CPC rate, based on the net revenue collected by Connexity, Inc. from merchants for these redirects. Earnings depend upon many factors, including:

• Level, or type, of integration within your website
• Contextual relevance of the Connexity Publisher Program sponsored shopping content you have chosen to integrate within your website
• Nature of your website user activity
• Overall traffic quality of merchant sales that your website users generate to Connexity, Inc. merchants
• Cost of Sale performance against Connexity merchant targets
