Connexity, Inc. is not responsible for any tax obligation that you may incur from your participation in the Connexity Publisher Program. Connexity, Inc. will issue 1099s (and/or comparable filing for parties submitting Form W-8) to all Publishers that are US Taxpayers or Taxpaying Entities.

Note that if you are not a US citizen, you currently reside outside of the United States, you operate a website targeting US-visitors, and the servers hosting this website are located WITHIN the United States, you may be potentially obligated to pay US taxes on your Connexity Publisher Program earnings.
