Account Manager Quick Guide

1. PayPal Publishers & Influencers - Changes to PayPal email. 

Direct publishers to update their own PayPal email in the Pub Portal / ShopYourLikes Dashboard. AMs do not update PayPal details on behalf of publishers.

2. ACH Publishers & Influencers – Collecting New or Updated Banking Information

• Step 1 — Initiate DocuSign

Prior to initiating any payment information change, we must reasonably conclude that the request originates from a legitimate representative of the publisher who is authorized to make changes to their account (e.g., individual who signed tax forms, established contact in p-dash, or publisher's finance department).

• Access https://www.docusign.com. (Note: First-time users must submit a request through ServiceDesk.) 
• Initiate a DocuSign request using the Payment Authorization Form template. Assign the publisher as the signer and yourself as the reviewer. 
  • Note: The reviewer role allows you to review the completed form and void the envelope if incorrectly or incompletely filled out. The void function allows you to communicate the reason for rejection directly to the publisher.
• For new publisher onboarding,, you may also use Docusign to collect necessary tax forms — such as W-9 (US Publishers), W-8BEN (Non-US Publishers), and Statement to W-8 (Non-US Publishers) — or you may gather them through the Account Manager's preferred method.

  • Note: Fillable versions were made available as DocuSign Templates for ease of use. 

     

• Step 2 — Create RT Ticket

• Create an RT ticket using pub-ops queue (addressed to pub-ops-rt@rt.shopzilla.com). CC Finance (derek.s@taboola.com - US or anchen.z@taboola.com - EU). 

   

• Step 3 — Upload to RT and Notify Ops and Finance

• After DocuSign is completed: download the completed Payment Authorization Form and the applicable Digital Certificate (see examples in Exhibit A and B). Upload both files to the RT ticket and notify Ops and Finance of completion. 

• If applicable, include the obtained onboarding forms (W-9, W-8BEN, and Statement to W-8) as part of the RT ticket. 

   

• Step 4 — Finance updates NetSuite, and Product Operations validates and closes the RT ticket. 

3. Updates to P-Dash Contact Email

Requests must be made by publishers / influencers to change their Contact Email in electronic format and must be verifiable as originating from the legitimate publisher email address. Verbal requests via phone are not allowed.
