The Connexity Publisher Program is committed to providing Connexity, Inc. merchants high quality traffic resulting in sales. We continuously analyze Publisher traffic quality on an individual basis. In the event a given Publisher’s traffic quality does not meet our expectations, we will discount the cost charged to Connexity, Inc. merchants for that given Publisher’s traffic in an attempt to normalize merchant Cost of Sale. Note that this discount reduces the net revenue realized by Connexity, Inc. for traffic generated by that given Publisher, thus reducing that Publisher’s earnings.
If your traffic quality does not meet our merchant’s Cost of Sale targets, in some instances Connexity will need to provide credits for the traffic that was sent to a merchant. All data around Cost of Sale is available within the Publisher Portal and in our Reporting APIs to ensure you have the correct data to optimize. All determinations will be made by Connexity, Inc. in its sole discretion. Please refer to our Connexity Inc.
