We typically announce temporary unplanned performance issues on the login page of the Publisher Portal. Larger-scale performance issues, planned maintenance, and releases are typically announced through Publisher Portal as well.
We occasionally email Publishers to notify them of specific changes that might drastically impact their use of the Connexity Publisher Program, so please be sure to keep your contact information current. To update your contact information, please go to the ‘My Account’ section of the Publisher Portal.
